
General Registration Information
Registration Confirmation
When the registrar has received your payment, you will be placed in workshops. Payment can be made by cheque, money order or bank draft to "OSEA Conference 2011". A confirmation will be sent EITHER by email to the address you submitted OR by telephone. Please check your email and phone messages regularly.
Payment & Receipts
You may pay by either credit card or cheque.
Credit Card
Payment by credit card is the fastest way to guarantee your registration. A receipt from PayPal will be emailed to you almost immediately. To pay online by VISA or MasterCard, go here.
Cheques
Your personal cheque is also welcome. Payments sent through the mail can take additional time for you to receive a confirmation from the registrar.
Post-dated cheques are not accepted.
If a third party (school board, company, etc.) is paying on your behalf, please take cheque processing time into account, ask that the cheque be expedited and that your name be referenced clearly on the cheque or accompanying paperwork. If a third party is reimbursing you, please pay the fees yourself and use your receipt to claim reimbursement.
Invoices and Purchase Orders
Invoices and Purchase Orders are not accepted.
Receipts
Official receipts will be issued at the conference.
Deadlines, cancellations, refunds policies
Cancellations must be made in writing (email) only. The cancellation deadline is Friday October 7th after which date cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. A $25 administrative fee will be assessed regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

In order to take advantage of the special student rate, a copy of your student card must be sent to the registrar. Full time students are registered in a post-secondary institution in a Faculty of Education or undergraduate program. Masters and Ph.D. candidates are not included as students if they are also employed by a school board. If you are unsure of your status, contact the registrar at oseaconf@rogers.com.Workshop Presenters Fee: $55.00
Sunday "Toronto Art Tour" (optional): $25.00
