Purchases made directly through any Drama.Focus are subject to Drama.Focus policies, as follows:
payment must be made in Canadian funds
purchase orders are acceptable if agreed in advance
bulk purchase discounts are available on many items
a full refund will be offered if print materials (scripts, handbooks, etc.) are returned in the same condition as they were sold, within 30 days
no refunds will be offered on opened CDs or DVDs, unless there is a technical problem with the resource
shipping, handling and taxes (if applicable) are in addition to the price of the resource
refunds will be handled within a reasonable time period
The purchaser will enter into a written, signed agreement with Drama.Focus which sets out the terms of the workshop including:
the name of the client
what the client is responsible for providing
what Drama.Focus is responsible for providing
the details of the workshop: place(s), date(s), time(s), topic(s), artist-workshop leader(s), fee(s)
other services to be provided
payment procedures: how and when deposits and final payments will be made, expenses, cancellation and refund
